Dynamic Funnels

Transaction states

Every transaction in Dynamic Funnels is always in a specified state, here are the states explained.
  • Completed:
    • The payment was processed
    • The product actions where executed. For virtual products this means for example that people were sent the product, membership site access was granted. For physical products this could mean the transaction is confirmed to be shipped.
  • Pending payment
  • Processing
    • The payment was processed
    • The product actions were not yet finished. For virtual products this is not really a valid case, but for physical products this is the status between fully paid and shipped.
  • On hold
  • Cancelled
  • Refunded
  • Failed
  • Scheduled
  •  

  •         0: Undefined
            1: Payment received
            10: Waiting for payment
            12: Undefined status for payment
            13: Undefined status for payment
            14: Transaction cancelled, payment not possible
            15: Transaction refunded, payment not possible
            15: Transaction chargeback, payment not possible
            15: Payment of transaction failed, cancelled
            15: Payment of transaction scheduled
